Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Foreman I to supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot, and maintain systems in commercial and industrial settings.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with an apprenticeship (8,000 hours) and involves 10–25% travel, with work hours typically 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday, and possible overtime. You’ll lead a crew (1–10+), ensure projects stay on time and within budget, and enforce safety procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew (1-10+) to execute electrical installations and maintenance.
• Establish expectations and motivate crews to meet project goals.
• Complete paperwork such as foreman logs, time cards, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within the crew.
• Read and understand estimates with project management or superintendent.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew members.
• Promote workplace safety and conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety audits.
