Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience can substitute.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervision/Leadership of field employees.
• Production control and scheduling on projects.
• Effective communication with team and stakeholders.
• Cost control to meet project budgets.
• Waste elimination and efficient resources use.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Safety hazard recognition and elimination.
