Role requires reading blueprints, supervising workers, and ensuring safety. Travel of 20%–40% is expected, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and site efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; journeyman electrician with 4+ years experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required, travel frequency varies by site.
• Equivalent related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates electrical construction activities, including building raceways and wiring.
• Supervises and directs craft workers; resolves field-related issues.
• Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems for proper operation.
• Reads blueprints and job orders to determine scope and sequencing.
• Inspects work for compliance with specs and codes.
• Adjusts crew assignments and schedules to meet milestones.
• Coordinates materials, equipment, and manpower to avoid delays.
• Completes daily reports and project documentation.
• Promotes and enforces safety policies and jobsite standards.
