Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation projects across North America. You will direct electrical crews, coordinate tasks, ensure quality and safety, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion.

This hands-on leadership role requires planning, mentoring, and close collaboration with project management. Travel to customer sites is 100% within the continental United States, with an emphasis on strong communication and safety.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to a secure workplace.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide mentorship and basic training to less experienced personnel.
• Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and work on large building sites in varying conditions.
