Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in commercial buildings
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to map out system layouts and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and tests of electrical systems and components to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of systems
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other trades to keep jobs on schedule and within budget, fostering a cooperative work environment
• Safety Compliance: Maintain strict safety standards and comply with all regulations and site requirements, conducting safety audits and addressing potential hazards
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports
