Job summary

INDUSA is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Salt Lake City, UT to lead on large-scale electrical packages within a national design-build contractor environment. You will oversee scope, mentor crews, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with the Project Superintendent and trades.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in electrical field.
• Five years overseeing electrical scope on multi-million-dollar projects.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Knowledge of NEC, local codes and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical scope, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment and daily activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Work closely with Project Superintendent and other trades to ensure coordination.
• Maintain and promote high standards of quality and safety.
• Use company-provided technology to manage project information and track progress.
• Supervise and mentor employees working on the designated scope.

• Oversee the assigned electrical scope, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and daily activities to keep the project on schedule.
• Work closely with Project Superintendent and other trades to ensure effective coordination and execution.
• Maintain and promote high standards of quality and safety.
• Use company-provided technology, including an iPad and smartphone, to manage project information, communicate with teams, track progress, and support timely project completion.
• Supervise and mentor employees working on the designated scope.

Requirements:

• Progressive leadership experience in the field of electrical engineering.
• Five years of experience overseeing electrical scope on multi-million-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
