Job summary

Your Talent Team in CT is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial, industrial, and health-care wiring projects. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, interpret blueprints, and enforce safety standards on busy worksites across multiple locations.

The role balances on-site electrical labor with supervisory duties, including scheduling, material coordination, and crew training, to ensure quality work under NEC and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• CT E-2 license is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and specifications.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Order, track, and allocate electrical supplies and tools.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Ensure all work complies with the NEC.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other foremen.

Experienced Foreman Electrician wanted.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
