Job summary

Hypower, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Florida to lead field crews on electrical construction projects. The role requires eight or more years of electrical experience, a strong NEC/OSHA background, excellent communication, and a Florida Journeyman Electrician license.

You will define daily goals for the crew, monitor progress, mentor team members, interpret plans and specs, and ensure timely, safe, and quality work through effective scheduling and QA processes.

The wage range for this position is $29/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.

• Eight or more years of electrical experience
• Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
• Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.
• Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.
• Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
