Job summary

L.E.B.S. Electric in Lecanto, FL seeks an EXPERIENCED Electrical Foreman to oversee commercial construction crews on projects across Central Florida.

This role requires hands-on electrical expertise, the ability to read prints and one-line diagrams, and strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices. Responsibilities include supervising up to ten electricians, coordinating material takeoffs, installing panels and lighting controls, running conduit, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction is required.
• Must be able to read prints and electrical one-line diagrams.
• Familiarity with NEC and safety practices.
• Own transportation required and able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install light fixtures, switches, outlets, occupancy sensors, and wiring devices.
• Bend and install EMT conduits; pull electrical wire per conduit fill.
• Install electrical panels, safety disconnects, lighting control panels; pull wire as required.
• Read prints/diagrams and perform material takeoffs; supervise crew up to ten electricians.
• Experience with low voltage (fire alarm, controls) desired but not mandatory.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Electrical Foreman – Lecanto FL – EXPERIENCED ONLY

Experienced Electrical Foreman needed for various size jobs located throughout Central Florida. These jobs require experience working in all phases of commercial construction in the following areas, retail stores, health care facilities, educational facilities, etc.

Experienced Electricians Responsibilities:

• Install light fixtures
• Install switches, outlets, occupancy sensors and all types of wiring devices.
• Bend and install EMT conduits.
• Install junction boxes, pull boxes, pipe racks, wire troughs, etc.
• Install electrical panels, safety disconnects, lighting control panels.
• Pull electrical wire according to proper conduit fill.
• Experience in low voltage(fire alarm, controls, category cable) desired but not mandatory.

Experienced Foreman responsibilities:

Must have all skills and abilities required for electricians plus:

• Must be able to work daily with minimal supervision and manage a crew up to ten men
• Communication & problem-solving skills
• Must be familiar with NEC
• Be able to read & understand prints and electrical one-line diagrams, do material takeoffs.
