Job summary

Rogers Electric, a leading electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects and drive quality on ground-up and remodel installations.

You will supervise skilled electricians, read blueprints, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients and store/facilities teams. This role requires travel up to 75% and offers substantial growth opportunities within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and install electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including nights/weekends.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff
