Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects—from ground-up construction to remodels. This role requires 5+ years of electrical experience, proficiency in installation, and travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff
