Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead our commercial electrical projects, from ground-up construction to remodels, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across multiple locations.

Bring 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, blueprints literacy, and the ability to supervise crews while traveling up to 75% of the time. This role requires physical work, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proficient in electrical system installation.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to lift, move heavy objects, and work on ladders.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients.
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
