Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is hiring Electrical Foremen to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects across the Southeast. You will supervise a crew of 6–12 electricians and mechanics, coordinate daily field activities, review plans, manage materials, and keep work on schedule while enforcing NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least five years of electrical construction experience.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Experience supervising electrical crews.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, tools, equipment, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
• Dependable, organized, and accountable leadership style.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise a crew of 6–12 electricians and mechanics
• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity
• Coordinate installation activities with the Project Superintendent
• Review blueprints, specifications, drawings, and project requirements
• Ensure electrical work complies with the NEC, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Oversee conduit installation, cable pulling, terminations, testing, and troubleshooting
• Inspect completed work and correct installation issues
• Train and mentor electricians on tools, equipment, procedures, and safe work practices
• Coordinate material needs, deliveries, and field requests
• Complete daily reports and project updates using Procore or similar software
• Communicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to project leadership
