Job summary

Loenbro is actively seeking an Electrical Foreman in Centennial, CO to lead a skilled team of electricians and apprentices on mission-critical projects, coordinating with Field Leadership and customers to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

You will drive planning, safety, and quality control while maintaining OSHA compliance and strong communication across trades; occasional travel to project sites may be required, with a focus on delivering excellence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in the electrical trade, including at least 4 years leading mission-critical projects and teams.
  • Develop construction schedules and monitor or adjust as needed.
  • Able to direct installation and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate manpower needs and cross-functional communications.
  • Coordinate material orders after price comparisons.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards.
  • Preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Loenbro is currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team. As a Project Manager, you will be an essential part of our project team, leading the successful execution of several projects. You will work closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Leading Teams: Responsible for leading and managing a team of electricians and apprentices by assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Oversees daily crew production and provides constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations.
  • Training and Development: Trains new hires and apprentices, while also providing ongoing development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and job performance.
  • Work Planning and Scheduling: Plans and schedules electrical work to meet project deadlines. Coordinates with project managers, other trades, and reviews blueprints and specifications to allocate labor and resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducts regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations. Identifies deficiencies and implements corrective actions to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforces all safety policies and procedures. Conducts daily safety meetings and ensures that team members use proper PPE and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Manages procurement, inventory, and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensures timely maintenance and repair of equipment as needed to avoid delays. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams.
  • Develop construction schedules and continually monitor or adjust as needed.
  • Ability to contribute to the installation or be able to direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to coordinate manpower needs and lead cross-functional communications.
  • Ability to coordinate or place material orders after competition price comparisons have been completed.
  • Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.

  • This position may require travel to various project sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

  • Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels
  • Limited working surfaces
  • Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors

  • Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
  • Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks
  • Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:
  • If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
Essential Requirements
  • Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of 2 miles per day

  • Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel
  • Use of respirator if position requires
  • Driving if required to travel
