Job summary

Rogers Electric in Abilene, Texas is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead projects from ground-up construction to remodels. You’ll supervise crews, ensure quality, read blueprints, and manage documentation.

The role requires travel up to 75% (nights and weekends possible). We offer competitive weekly pay with a $4/hour night differential, paid travel, hotel, per diem, and comprehensive benefits to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proficient in electrical system installation.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff
