Compensation: $50 per completed unit

Job Summary:
We are hiring Temporary Electrical Field Technicians for a campaign focused on replacing internal fans inside residential solar inverters across Puerto Rico. This is a field-based role requiring reliable transportation and daily travel to customer homes to complete fan replacements.

This is a temporary campaign expected to last approximately 3 months, with compensation paid per completed unit at $50. Ideal for qualified technicians seeking short-term, high-volume field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to residential sites to replace internal cooling fans in solar inverters.
• Perform minor disassembly of inverter units and install new fan components.
• Verify system functionality post-replacement and report any system issues.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during service visits.
• Complete digital service documentation for each completed unit.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and follow electrical handling protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience with electrical or solar systems (training on fan replacement provided).
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform component-level replacements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required to travel island-wide).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor residential environments.
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets to log work and access job details.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage daily service schedules independently.

Compensation:

• $50 per completed unit (fan replacement)
