Corley Plumbing Air Electric in Greenville, SC seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and develop a performance-driven residential electrical service team, delivering 5-star service while meeting company goals. You will hire and develop staff, monitor performance, provide coaching, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000+, with bonus opportunities and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical service experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience as an electrician preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staffing.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead, direct, and motivate the electrical service department to reach its full potential.
• Develop team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership.
• Provide ongoing technical and safety training to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, resources, and manpower necessary to perform at their highest level.
• Manage and guide service technicians while maintaining close communication with Call Center, Lead Coordination, and Dispatch teams.
• Provide service and sales performance support through ride-alongs, site visits, coaching calls, and one-on-one development.
• Promote enthusiasm, accountability, and team engagement through daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-ones.
• Assist with annual budgeting, expense management, and achieving or exceeding department goals.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
• Oversee customer issue resolution, including site visits, repair oversight, and follow-up.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to maintain efficient department operations.
