gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field operations on Electrical Data Center and mission-critical projects nationwide. You will manage crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality and productivity on complex installations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination with foremen and engineers, and adherence to OSHA and project-specific requirements. Travel to multiple project locations is expected as needed.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Electrical Field Superintendent or similar field leader.
• Strong background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating multiple activities at once.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety, efficiency and specification adherence.
• Lead, mentor and support foremen, field crews and trade partners.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors for productivity.
• Work with project superintendents on schedules and manpower planning.
• Help build pull plans, look-ahead schedules and sequencing.
• Track labor productivity, crew sizing, equipment use and budgets.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards across the project.
• Oversee quality control and ensure installations meet specs.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers and trades.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timesheets and safety records.
• Spot and resolve field challenges before milestones are affected.
• Support safe execution of hazardous energy control and confined-space activities.
