gpac LLC. is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to hire an Electrical Field Superintendent for data center, mission-critical, commercial and industrial projects nationwide.

The role focuses on hands-on field leadership, managing crews, coordinating daily work, and upholding safety, quality and productivity standards. You will oversee field operations, mentor foremen, plan manpower and equipment, track labor and budgets, ensure OSHA compliance, and collaborate with project teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Electrical Field Superintendent or similar lead role.
• Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating multiple activities.
• Strong grasp of scheduling, manpower planning and productivity.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as projects require.

• Develop pull plans and look-ahead schedules.
