• Coordinates project schedule with other trades to stay on track.
• Participates in toolbox talks and safety audits.
• Identifies and reports unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
• Works effectively as part of a cohesive Faith Technologies team.
• Supports hiring referrals and mentoring programs as appropriate.

The Service Technician I is responsible for electrical service installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial and industrial settings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)Travel: 60-75%Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision.
• Installs conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.
• Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Develops and integrates project schedule effectively with other trades.
• Consistently follows workplace safety procedures.
• Displays effective customer relations through utilization of problem-solving techniques.
• Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Immediately identifies, corrects, and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
• Works as a member of a cohesive team.
• Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
