Job summary

Workspire partners with a leading industrial services organization to place a Field Operations Executive, Electrical in Atlanta, GA. You will lead craft workforce operations, oversee recruiting, dispatching, and field execution to drive safe, profitable projects.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial construction (5+ years as foreman, 5+ as superintendent), with experience managing large crews and 500+ craft employees, plus OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial construction, including 5 years as a foreman and 5 years as a superintendent.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and at least 500 craft employees.
• Proficiency with industry-standard job costing systems, payroll, and quantity entry.
• Working knowledge of scheduling software and MS Office.
• Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, dispatching, and management of craft employees within the service line.
• Assess trade competencies and align skills with project requirements.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activities with regional and area management.
• Ensure craft leaders coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with project management.
• Support project leadership on cost, quality, planning, and customer concerns.
• Visit jobsites for bid walks, progress checks, and closeouts.
