Qualifications

• This role requires 7 years electrical construction experience.
• Experience in DOD, healthcare, industrial or premiere commercial projects.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and budgeting knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and insured transportation is required.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
• Ability to lead onsite personnel and coordinate resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead/oversee craft workers and resources on site.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety programs; document violations and implement corrections.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies.
• Motivate the team to meet objectives; plan and supervise onsite functions.
• Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
• Keep daily job journal detailing events.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise scheduling, engineering, material control.
