This role emphasizes safety, quality, and effective communication with site management. Candidates should have 3+ years in electrical installation or repair, a high school diploma or GED, and a Journeyman license or progress toward

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of electrical installation, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Leadership role experience preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred or actively pursued.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Foreman in directing daily activities of electricians and apprentices on site.
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems per plans and NEC codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation and layout.
• Monitor progress and report issues to Foreman or Project Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
• Assist with materials, tools, and equipment management and inventory.
