Axia Electric seeks an Electrical Field Engineer to deliver complex electrical and process control systems for critical infrastructure projects in Northern California. The role involves field work, design support, and coordination with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in utilities or water/wastewater sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard techniques to engineering tasks and develop details of work.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and visual aids for projects.
• Assist with field inspections, construction administration, and documentation.
• Support project managers with reports and meeting coordination.
• Maintain centralized project records and logistics for teams.
