Job summary

Fluidstack seeks an electrical engineer to be the on-site presence, verifying installations, catching deviations, and answering field questions in real time. You will walk sites daily, inspect raceways, terminations, grounding, and labeling against design, and perform punch and pre-energization checks to energize systems safely and on schedule.

The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and first principles, with a focus on industrial builds and scalable data-center style projects.

The Capacity Delivery Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on / Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.

Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.

Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.

Role Scope

Be the electrical engineering presence on site: verify installs, catch deviations, and answer workface questions same-day.

Walk down electrical installations daily: raceway, terminations, grounding, and labeling against design.

Run the electrical punch and pre-energization checks so systems reach energization complete.

Feed field constructability lessons back into the reference design.
