The role requires 3+ years of estimating experience, strong ability to read bid documents and drawings, and proficiency in Excel, Timberline Estimating, and Microsoft Projects. Some site visits and pre-bid walks are expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years estimating experience.
• Ability to analyze bid documents and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize projects for bidding.
• Attend pre-bid job walk meetings and site investigations.
• Prepare labor, equipment and material project estimates.
• Prepare resource driven project schedules as per client's request.
• Assist in preparing change orders and subcontract quotes.
• Submit quote requests for materials.
