Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000/year + Bonus Potential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with clients to scope, estimate, and negotiate small commercial/industrial projects.

• Generate daily estimates that are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer needs.

• Partner with other estimators and project managers to improve processes and outcomes.

• Visit job sites to assess project needs, ensure safety, and strengthen client relationships.

• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Take part in continuous improvement efforts and support special project initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical or data experience (or equivalent training).

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or certifications a plus.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with estimating software is a bonus.

• Comfortable reading blueprints, reviewing contracts, and applying NEC/NFPA70E standards.

• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
