• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand project scope by reviewing documentation, meeting clients, and site visits.
• Collect plans, drawings, and specifications as needed for estimates.
• Determine labor and material costs by researching and pricing components.
• Gather bids and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable prices.
• Create and submit detailed estimates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Budget and forecast projects using appropriate software.
