Universal Electrical Service, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our Souderton, PA team.

This role focuses on estimating and preconstruction activities, coordinating with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in electrical PM or estimating, with a strong field background and the ability to read drawings and manage change orders, RFIs, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of electrical PM and/or estimating experience.
• Field background such as Journeyman/Lead/Foreman valued.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction docs.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities with field leadership, electricians, customers, vendors and other trades.
• Monitor costs, productivity, material needs, labor costs, and overall performance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
