Underground Utility/WWTP contractor seeks an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an office-based role with limited regional travel.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, bids, and proposals using HeavyBid software.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct negotiations related to contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement cost control measures to monitor project expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide leadership on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Oversee project scheduling, tracking progress against milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in underground pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plant construction.
• Strong background in construction management and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Experience with HeavyBid for construction estimating processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application on projects.
• Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and budgeting practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills; ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract management and pricing discussions.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
