Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Structural Estimator with projects larger than 1 million dollars.
• Ability to create conceptual bids for Design/Build projects.
• Proven and verifiable record of career stability and estimating success.

Responsibilities

• Create & revise project scope of work for specific projects.
• Maintain the estimating software database.
• Development of master budgets and cost models for Electrical projects.
• Provide conceptual and hard bid estimates including all costs.
• Develop preconstruction cost estimates.
