Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proven experience estimating large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Direct experience with data center projects is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFPs independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze invitation-to-bid documents to determine electrical requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using digital take-off software.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotes for completeness.
• Collaborate with teams for value-engineering ideas and constructability reviews.
