• Prepare and submit competitive proposals; break down estimates into clear components.
• Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on scope strategy, risk assessment, and pricing.
• Work with Project Managers, Procurement, and Executives during buyouts and negotiations.
• Support Project Managers to assess job status, scope clarifications and change orders.
