Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Strong working knowledge of estimating software.
Responsibilities
Preparation of commercial construction project proposals and bids.
Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs.
Review plans and specifications.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Well-rounded knowledge in construction disciplines
Civil estimating experience preferred
