Qualifications

• 3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required.
• B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of commercial construction project proposals and bids.
• Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs.
• Review plans and specifications.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented

Estimating software knowledge (Cost-OS, OST, Planswift)

Knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, and Word

Well-rounded knowledge in construction disciplines

Civil estimating experience preferred

3+ years commercial construction experience
