Job summary

Kolb Electric, Inc. is seeking a qualified Estimator for Design Build Service Level Projects to join our team at the Washington DC Servicing Location.

The estimator will review residential, commercial and property management needs, formulate scope, prepare material lists and labor hours for service level projects. Candidates should have leadership experience, strong communication with customers and vendors, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Lead Electrician or Estimator experience.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Electrical experience, including working with schematics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and formulate the required scope of work.
• Detail material lists and labor hours for service level projects.
• Lead customer communication, vendor relationships and staff coordination.
