Kolb Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR for Design Build Service Level Projects at our Washington DC servicing location. The ideal candidate has a background as a Lead Electrician, capable of evaluating customer needs and formulating project scopes.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer communication, managing vendor relationships, and leading staff. Candidates should be comfortable with electrical duties, including low voltage systems and NEC regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Lead Electrician or Estimator experience.
• Professional license preferred.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer's needs and formulate the required scope of work.
• Detail a material list and labor hours required for any service level project.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records.

Kolb Electric, Inc. is looking for qualified and experienced ESTIMATOR for Design Build Service Level Projects to join our dynamic team for our Washington DC Servicing Location.

The ideal candidate will have a background in lead electrician, field electrical work. Estimators will be able to visit residential, commercial and property management customers requesting solution driven contract pricing. This estimator will be able to evaluate the customer's needs, formulate the required scope of work, detail a material list and labor hours required for any service level project.

Customer communication, vendor relationships and staff leadership is essential for this position.

Excel and Microsoft Office is a plus.
