Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, coordinating subcontractor scopes, and ensuring project plans align with budget and schedule while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical estimating and project bids.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word for documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Experience pricing, purchasing, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Bid projects with a safety-first mindset and plan strategy.
• Review plans, specs, and attend pre-bid meetings for scope.
• Prepare deposits, bid bonds, and proposals.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes and locate utilities as needed.
• Develop schedules and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Lead hand-off meetings and project close-out activities.
• Monitor quality control and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination throughout bid and build.
