Job summary

Palm Beach Electronics is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our South Florida team. You’ll take projects from plans to pricing and collaborate with sales, project management, and field teams.

We work on high-end residential projects where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail matter. 3+ years of electrical estimating experience preferred; luxury finishes a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, materials, labor, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience performing takeoffs and building estimates from the ground up.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify scope gaps, potential conflicts, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare pricing for revisions and change orders.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, purchasing, and field teams.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and project records.
• Help ensure projects are properly scoped and priced before they move into production.

Position: Full-Time Location: West Palm Beach, FL Experience: 3+ years preferred Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Palm Beach Electronics is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team in South Florida. We work on high-end residential projects where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail matter. We’re looking for someone who understands electrical construction and can confidently take a project from plans and specifications to a complete, accurate estimate.

What You’ll Do

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
