A leading construction organization near Newton, NH, is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full-time Electrical Estimator for an Electrical Contractor.
• Proficiency with electrical bids ranging from $250K to $20M.
• Experience with Life Science and Healthcare projects is a plus.
• Experience with Life Science, pharmaceutical, and healthcare labs/clean rooms is a big plus.
• Experience with build/design assistance and separating estimates into unit/detailed costs.
• Extensive experience creating bids using ConEst, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree is a big plus but not required.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have at least 3+ years of experience as a full-time Electrical Estimation for an Electrical Contractor
• Proficiency with electrical bids from $250K to $20M, in both Commercial and Industrial projects is a MUST
• High attention to detail is a MUST
• Experience with Life Science, Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare projects including Labs/Clean Rooms is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Build/Design Assistance and Separating Estimates into Unit/Detailed Costs is a BIG PLUS
• Extensive experience creating bids utilizing software programs such as ConEst and Bluebeam as well as Microsoft Excel is a BIG PLUS
• A Bachelor’s Degree is a BIG PLUS but not required
