Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and construction teams to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct studies to develop standard hour and cost data or to reduce costs.
• Review material and labor requirements to decide on cost-effective options.
• Maintain documentation and cost monitoring systems.
• Establish and maintain tendering and negotiation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical estimating or related field.
• Proficient in Accubid and other electrical estimating software.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
