Indianapolis, IN, Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC (this is not a remote position)
The Estimator will analyze construction blueprints to determine the quantity and cost of materials and fixtures needed as well as the amount of labor required to complete each bid. They will assist the Estimating department with team bids or may be assigned to lead a team bid. The Estimator will be responsible for client follow‑up and will assist the Sr. Estimator / Chief Estimator with client outreach/business development as appropriate.
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
