Electrical Estimator – KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr. Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonus potential. Paid holidays and generous PTO from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects (ground‑up, renovations, tenant improvements)
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Perform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summaries
• Present cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teams
• Track project changes and adjust estimates accordingly
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to support job turnover and execution

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction)
• Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systems
• Proficient with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar) and MS Office Suite
