Kolb Electric, Inc. is seeking a qualified Estimator for Design Build Service Level Projects at our Washington DC Servicing Location. The ideal candidate has a lead electrician background and will assess residential, commercial and property management customers to price contracts accurately.

Strong communication with customers, vendors, and staff leadership are essential. The role requires evaluating needs, detailing scope, and preparing material and labor hour estimates, with Excel and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Lead Electrician or Estimator experience.
• Professional license preferred (we will assist you in acquiring).
• Background and drug screen required.
• Experience with reading schematics and NEC regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with purchase orders and vendor interaction.
• Detail-oriented with accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential, commercial and property management customers to determine solution-driven contract pricing.
• Evaluate customer needs, formulate the scope of work, and detail material lists and labor hours.
• Communicate with customers, manage vendor relationships and provide staff leadership.
• Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office to document estimates and schedules.

Kolb Electric, Inc. is looking for qualified and experienced ESTIMATOR for Design Build Service Level Projects to join our dynamic team for our Washington DC Servicing Location. The ideal candidate will have a background in lead electrician, field electrical work. Estimators will be able to visit residential, commercial and property management customers requesting solution driven contract pricing. This estimator will be able to evaluate the customer's needs, formulate the required scope of work, detail a material list and labor hours required for any service level project. Customer communication, vendor relationships and staff leadership is essential for this position. Excel and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Lead Electrician or Estimator experience
• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
