We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing product and service information, selling contracts to customers, and creating plans of action for installers to follow.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform in-person estimates
2. Perform online and over-the-phone estimates
3. Provide information about products and services
4. Convert estimates to approved sales through follow-up calls
5. Document and update customer records based on interactions
6. Draft summarized plans of action for approved estimates
7. Expand our customer base through new interactions and referrals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
• Prior experience with electrical work
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
