Ipsen-Inc is seeking a skilled assembler for first shift to lay out work, install electrical apparatus, and wire components per design specs and schedules. Candidates should quickly learn to optimize resources to reduce scrap, materials, and labor while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing measurements, and assembling major systems with attention to detail and adherence to ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year certificate from a technical school or journeyman program.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and assemble equipment from blueprints, sketches, BOMs, or instructions.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to ISO guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain and submit accurate daily labor reports.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Identify components and layout work by measuring and marking material.
• Verify conformance of finished products to specifications.
• Prepare components prior to assembly and manage wiring operations.
• Complete build checklists and coordinate with checkout department.
