Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician for an on-site role in Vermont. You will interpret wiring diagrams, assemble and test electrical systems, and support engineering projects from design through production.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in Electro-Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with CAD skills (SolidWorks Electrical) and familiarity with NEC. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks Electrical.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Initiative, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions for product assembly.
• Assemble and test electrical systems and prototypes using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Develop and execute diagnostic tests to troubleshoot and resolve design or component issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to guide wiring procedures and resolve electrical problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing, design changes, and technical records.
• Support engineering projects from design through production implementation.
