Job summary
Liberty University’s School of Engineering invites applications for an Electrical Engineering Instructor. The successful candidate will teach in Electrical Systems, Analog and Digital Electronics, Industrial Automation and Control, Embedded Systems, and PLC Fundamentals, with a master’s degree in EE or related field.
The role includes curriculum development and potential research activity, in a 10-month contract. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Expertise in Electrical Systems, Analog/Digital Electronics, Industrial Automation and Control, Embedded Systems, PLC Fundamentals
- At least 18 graduate credits in the teaching field
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in electrical engineering to the B.S. in Engineering Technology program and align delivery with the University’s mission
- Engage in curriculum development for residential and distance education and participate in scholarship or creative activity as required
