Job summary

BSA Lifestructures Inc is offering an Electrical Engineering Summer 2027 internship in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include design idea development, drawings, client materials, and site visits. Strong software familiarity with Revit, 3D CAD, SketchUp and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Educational background: will be a current student of an accredited Electrical or Architectural Engineering program during Summer of 2027.
• Software skills: familiarity with Revit, 3D CAD, SketchUp.
• Office tools: familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Participate in the development of design ideas based on factors such as appearance, design-function relationships, serviceability and client specifications.
• Prepare working drawings from sketches and design specifications.
• Prepare presentations and materials for clients.
• Participate in project design meetings to see multi-disciplinary teams collaborate on project design and delivery.
• Attend client meetings; visit construction sites on projects.
• Participate in site surveys to gather field data.
