Job summary
Rehlko is seeking an Electrical Engineering student to join its Early Talent Program in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on engineering experience, real impact, and professional growth within a supportive team culture.
Enrollment is limited to juniors, seniors, or graduate students in EE or related fields, legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Students will gain exposure to design activities, rapid-response projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Enrollment Requirement: Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Skill Proficiency: A motivated Electrical Engineering student eager to gain hands-on engineering experience in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable supporting both routine and complex engineering tasks. They are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to design activities, rapid-response projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while learning from experienced engineering professionals.
