Job summary

Rehlko in the United States is launching an Early Talent Program for engineering students in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical fields. You will engage in hands-on projects that contribute to energy resilience, under mentorship from industry leaders, and gain real-world experience in product development, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing an engineering degree in a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong technical aptitude, data analysis and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
• Exposure to manufacturing, product development, testing, QA, CAD, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering data-acquisition tools is a plus.

The Unique Spark You Bring

Enrollment Requirement: Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. Skill Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude, data analysis and problem‑solving skills, project experience, and effective communication abilities. Exposure to manufacturing, product development, testing, quality engineering, CAD, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools used for testing and data acquisition is a plus. Candidates should be eager to contribute to real‑world engineering projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
